One of my favorite abstraction subjects is plain old concrete. I caught this section of wall while taking my brand new AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.4G lens out for some exercise.
Technical: Nikon D700, ISO 200, 50mm f1.4G, f/8.0 @ 1/1000s. RAW file processed in Lightroom 2.4, applied Nikon Landscape preset and Vignette.
